• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years commercial estimating experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish relationships with all project counterparts, i.e. designers, engineers, subcontractors, operations
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office, OST, BlueBeam
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
