Our Client is an ENR Top 20 contractor, they are looking for self-motivated Senior Level Estimators to come on board and drive their Estimating efforts. The Senior candidate will be joining the company at an exciting time and will work closely with the VP of Preconstruction. Our client has a track record of winning large complex projects.

• Prepare estimates for potential projects, using design-build and conceptual estimating
• Work with the latest technologies and platforms
• Communicates with subs and suppliers to clarify pricing information
• Lead projects ranging from $50M+

• 8+ years experience in estimating commercial construction projects showing competence in design-build and conceptual estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Track record in projects ranging from $50m+
• Capable of leading negotiated and conceptual bids
• Strong communication and presentation skills
