Our client, a leading full-service ENR Top 200 design/build construction company firm with a reputation for delivering large ($40M+) complex projects across MO, KY, AL, TN, IL are expanding in their St. Louis office.As Senior Estimator, you will be surrounded by a strong Estimating and Preconstruction team, including two Estimators, an Estimating Coordinator, Director of Preconstruction and BIM/VDC department.Take complete control of Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial or Senior Living projects by coordinating with the client and presenting the bid on bid day. Requirements:

• Construction Management or Engineering Degree
• 4-7 years Preconstruction experience within a large General Contractor
• BIM, VDC, OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience a plus
• Onsite Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
