A key client of Niche SSP based in Charlotte, NC are seeking a Senior Preconstruction Estimator who is interested in stepping into a Preconstruction Managers role within 12 months. This role will be responsible for the Preconstruction of all projects in North Carolina within Mixed-Use, Manufacturing, Warehouse/distribution and office.On Offer:

Required:

• Track record of successful project bids from $8m up to $70m
• Client facing skills a must
• Sub contractor knowledge across North Carolina
